French Alps Downhill MTB

We just got back from a perfect week of downhill mountain biking in the french Alps - well almost perfect...
One of our group had a very bad fall descending the steep tracks in Chamonix and fractured some ribs and a finger...

 after a 400 m uphill push-and-carry the bikes before going down th black track "naturide"
